How quickly can you start?

For most engagements, within one to two weeks. Advisory and architecture reviews can often begin within days.

How do you price, and is there a minimum?

We scope and price after a short discovery sprint, so the number is grounded in real architecture. Most projects run 6 to 16 weeks; advisory work can be much smaller.

What if we're not ready for a full AI migration?

Then we start with the highest-leverage slice — one agent, one pipeline, one search surface — measured in production before anything else is touched. Migration can be as incremental as you need.

Do you build voice agents for existing phone systems?

Yes. We integrate with existing carriers, SIP trunks, and IVR systems rather than forcing a new stack. The agent answers where your customers already call.

Will you sign an NDA? Who owns the IP?

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before the first call, and you own all work product — models, pipelines, code. No exceptions.

Who actually does the work?

Senior engineers, including both founders. There are no juniors at Datafate, and no work is handed to a separate, cheaper team.

Do you work fixed-scope or ongoing?

Both. Project-based for defined builds, embedded for extended AI programs, and advisory for high-leverage input. We will recommend the model that fits your stage.

Can you work with our existing team and stack?

Yes. Embedded engagements are built for exactly that: same tools, same standards, full context, as if we were your senior hires.
